How we source airport data

Airport transfers are one of the easiest places to overpay. We build each page from a mix of sources so you can see what a fair price looks like before you land — and know when to double-check.

Official tariffs — published airport or municipal rate sheets, taxi-union tariffs and government PDFs. These are the most reliable prices on the page.
Traveller reports — real amounts people paid recently, pulled from reviews, forums and trip reports. Each one shows the date and source so you can judge freshness.
Computed estimates — when only a per-km meter rate is published, we multiply it by a standard route distance to give you a ballpark. These are clearly marked as estimates.
App estimates — ride-hail and pre-booked operator prices that change with demand. We flag these so you know to confirm the live fare in the app before you book.

What the labels mean: High confidence = official published rate. Medium = derived from an official rate or widely reported range. Low = app estimate or limited reports; treat as a starting point and confirm on arrival.
